Robotic Welding

Robotic Welding is a core capability of our manufacturing operation here at All-Rite Plastics. We delivery repeatability, speed, and quality control that demanding production environments require. Every weld is placed with the same precision, penetration, and strength – run after run, part after part. Robotic welding creates consistency in quality resulting in fewer rejects, stronger joints, and a process that scales from prototype runs all the way to full production. We offer both MIG and Resistance welding here at All-Rite Plastics, our robotic cells are built for high-volume production runs, delivering consistent, repeatable welds at production speed all while holding tight tolerances and quality standards. We also build custom fixtures in house built to ensure accurate, repeatable weld placement across every part.
