Our comprehensive capabilities encompass the entire project life cycle, from design and engineering assistance, to tool making, prototype, production including insert/over molding with two-shot capacity, assembly, packaging, and delivery. These capabilities position us as a single source solution for injection molded manufacturing.

Complete Plastic Injection Capabilities

The following capabilities, when combined with our wire forming, and metal stamping proficiencies allow us to provide a wide range of products and assemblies in a convenient and economical manner.

Injection Molding 40-500 tons

Injection molding is a method used to obtain molded products by injecting plastic materials molten by heat into a mold, and then cooling and solidifying them. It allows for the production of parts in large volume.

Insert Molding 40-200 tons

Insert molding is a method used to mold plastic into non-plastic parts.

Over-Molding 40-200 tons

Over molding process involves creating a single material assembly from the combination of two or more materials through molding. In over molding the substrate can be steel or plastic which is over molded with plastic resins. The ideal material to use for over molding machines is HDPE, ABS, Acetal, PEEK, PEI, PBTR, and others.

Color Mixing

The procedure of combining resin and colorant according to the customers specifications.

Automated Assembly

The use of mechanized and automated devices to perform the various functions in an assembly line or cell. Automated assembly system performs a sequence of automated operations to combine multiple components in to a single entity. This method is best used when there is a high production demand.

Custom End of Arm Tooling

Every part is different ­– your tooling should be too. We design and build custom end of arm tooling engineered specifically for your part geometry, cycle time requirements, and production volume. From simple pick-and-place grippers to multi-axis tooling with integrated gating, in mold labeling, and quality inspection. Our EOAT solutions are built to keep your automation running at full speed with zero compromise on part quality.

Warehousing

The process of storing physical inventory for sale or distribution.

For assemblies such as assist handles, speaker grills, latch silencers, and fuel door springs, insert molding can provide integrated solutions all produced at All-Rite Plastics. We work with a wide array of plastic materials including ABS, PC, TPC-ET, PVC, Nylon, TPV, PP and HDPE. We currently run vertical and horizontal injection molding equipment with a clamping force of up to 400 tons.

We can also provide any additional assembly needed, such as mechanical assembly, adhesive bonding, welding, and packaging. By offering customers a turnkey manufacturing option backed by an IATF 16949 Cert:2016 certified quality management system; we are able to save overall assembly costs while providing world class quality. Inventory is managed utilizing FIFO with Just in Time shipping schedules, and we have EDI capabilities.
